Bone Tumor Removal & Graft Transplantation In Saudi German Dubai
The orthopedic surgery team at Saudi German Hospital Dubai removed a bone tumor from the foot of a 50-yearold patient. According to Dr. Mohammed Adnan Khader, consultant orthopedic surgeon, the patient came to the clinic complaining of foot pain and swelling for two months with no previous injury. After a clinical examination and MRI scan patient was diagnosed with a large lipoma inside the bone in the butt bone (heel bone). Dr. Khader adds that the case was discussed with the patient which is one of the rarest tumors of the benign tumors and usually found in the bones such in tibia, fibula, metatarsal, and butt. It is misdiagnosed as the clinical presentation is not specified and can simulate other injuries in the ligament or soft tissues, pointing out that the patient has been advised to perform surgery to remove bone tumor and relieve symptoms and chances of fractures in the future. The patient underwent the surgery successfully and the tumor was removed and bone transplants were performed using bone graft and calcification hydroxyapatite, which will enable him to return to normal life after 6 weeks according to Dr. Khadr. Saudi German Hospital Dubai has a medical team with extensive experience in orthopedics and subsequent rehabilitation. The center is equipped with many different and advanced techniques that humiliate obstacles to surgeons and ensure the best results after the surgery with the less amount of suffering of patient and reducing the recovery period.

Successful Removal Of Intestinal Gangrene At Sgh Dubai
Saudi German Hospital Dubai medical team saved the life of a 55-year-old patient who contracted gangrene in the intestines after being transferred from another hospital and suffered from a severe rise in white blood cells with a dying respiration, which is a very serious sign requiring immediate medical attention. The diagnosis showed that the patient underwent a catheter because of the blockage of the acute upper myegre artery but then suffered a severe clot in the stent with signs of intestinal infarction. The thrombus was removed from the inside of the blood vessels and the clotted stent and then repaired the lesion underlying the artery that may have been neglected in the previous catheter or caused by an error. The colon and rectum surgeons then performed exploratory surgery between the presence of gangrene in the small intestine, which removed about a meter from the intestine. The patient was transferred to intensive care for two days and then performed another operation during which 45 cm of intestines were removed and all damaged part of the intestines were removed. The patient was placed under observation for several days and then transferred to the patients' ward to be discharged from the hospital after which he was in good health.
Breastfeeding For MOM’S & BABY’S Health
Breastfeeding is one of the most effective ways to ensure child health. However, nearly 2 out of 3 infants are not exclusively breastfed for the recommended 6 months. Breastmilk is the ideal food for infants. It is safe, clean and contains antibodies, which help protect against many common childhood illnesses. Breastmilk provides all the energy and nutrients that the infant needs for the first months of life, and it continues to provide up to half or more of a child’s nutritional needs during the second half of the first year, and up to one third during the second year of life. Breastfed children perform better on intelligence tests, are less likely to be overweight or obese and less prone to diabetes later in life. Women who breastfeed also have a reduced risk of breast and ovarian cancers. It is worth to mention that breastfeeding is an Emotional Tie between the mother and her baby.
