Dr. Carmela Kamela Wetterhall

Dr Carmela Wetterhall is a Swedish Board-certified general surgeon, with experience from several Swedish hospitals and elective clinics. Dr Carmela focuses mainly on acute and trauma surgery and has extensive experience handling abdominal conditions and various traumatic injuries. Moreover, Dr Carmela is proficient in elective laparoscopic surgeries such as hernia surgery and cholecystectomies and has vast experience in various endoscopies as well as proctology. Dr Carmela was a lecturer at the medical faculty of Lund University, Sweden, and has published scientific papers. She is a member of the Swedish Surgical Society and Swedish Society for Bariatric Surgery.
